'Exodus' Screenwriters Set to Rewrite 'Assassins Creed'

Last year we heard that The Wolverine scribe Scott Frank was hired to rewrite the original script for Ubisofts Assassin's Creed originally written by Michael Lesslie. Now Deadline is reporting that it will once again go into rewrites by the due behind Ridley Scott's upcoming Exodus film Adam Cooper and Bill Collage. If the first movie is based off the first game featuring Altair in The Third Crusade this type of period piece maybe right up their ally.

Also, last we heard was that Ubisoft is considering hiring Safe House director Daniel Espinosa to helm the project with X-Men: Days of Future Past star Michael Fassbender cast in the lead.

Assassins Creed is expected to hit in 2015
