Josh Brolin Circling as Lead Role in JURASSIC WORLD

Deadline claims that Universal is “circling” Brolin to star in Jurassic World, while Variety is saying that the actor has begun early talks to sign on for the project. Josh Brolin has been rumored to play the other important grown-up character role in the film before, back when the story broke that Bryce Dallas Howard has begun formal talks to play a lead role in Jurassic World. That report was quickly taken down, but it's now being heard from multiple outlets that the Oscar-nominee is, in fact, readying to play in dinosaur-infested territory, potentially "Isla Numar", as featured in the original Jurassic Park movie. Brolin is a great fit for this film, seeing he's had a history as a lauded character actor as his predecessors on the series.

Jurassic World opens in U.S. theaters on June 12th, 2015.
