DC Comics 'Constantine' TV Series Headed to NBC!

DC Is In Full Swing! Constantine TV Series is headed to NBC!

That is right DC is going to own TV forever! With the announcement over the summer that The Flash will be getting a spin-off from Arrow over at The CW. Then earlier this weeks announcement that a Gotham PD is heading to FOX which is described as '24 with Batman Villains'. Now Deadline is reporting that DC Comics Constantine is headed to NBC!
Constantine, a drama based on the characters in DC Comics’ John Constantine stories, has sold to NBC with penalty. It is written/executive produced by The Mentalist executive producer Daniel Cerone and David S. Goyer, the go-to writer for Warner Bros.’ feature DC adaptations. Constantine centers on John Constantine, an enigmatic and irreverent con man-turned-reluctant supernatural detective who is thrust into the role of defending us against dark forces from beyond.
The last time we saw Constantine was the feature film starring Keanu Reeves that most comic fans like to forget....

Will this series be set within the DC TV Universe? Who knows! What about Del Toro's Justice League: dark feature film?! This all questions that must be answered! Think Supernatural with John Constantine...

Constantine joins Warner Bros. TV/DC’s The Flash at the CW, a spinoff from hit Arrow, and a Gotham City/Commissioner Gordon drama at Fox, which has a series commitment. WME-repped Goyer has co-written The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, Batman Begins, Man Of Steel and the upcoming Batman vs. Superman.

Does this quote confirm a DC TV/Film Cinematic Universe? hmm
