Thanos Actor Damion Poitier is Defiantly Interested in 'Guardians of the Galaxy'

Actor Damion Poitier wants to reprise the role of Thanos in Marvel's 'Guardians of the Galaxy'

Earlier today we reported an 1-long interview with actor and stunt coordinator Damion Poitier. He was the actor who portrayed Thanos in the post credit scene of The Avengers back in 2012. He didn't get much recognition given he wasn't a speaking role and he is still relatively unknown. But thats where Marvel works best right? Thanos is apparently going to be pulling the strings in much of Marvels Phase II and upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy but has yet to be casted....

Unfortunately no one at OnyxCon decided to ask the actor about reprising the role of Thanos in Guardians of the Galaxy and The Avengers 3. So we decided ourselves to hit him up over on Twitter and ask if he knows anything:

We went on to ask him if he has even heard anything from Marvel about the possibility of reprising the role:
Can you say vague much? But that all seeing Marvel Sniper every Marvel actor is afraid of might be out there somewhere. But this could defiantly be the role that puts Damion on the map as a distinguished actor....well villain. Did we mention he is a martial arts master?

And admit it.....The moment he grinned you flipped out in excitement....

Be sure to show your support for Damion via his Twitter

Guardians of the Galaxy is currently filming and hits next summer!
